The safety of our athletes is our top priority. To that end, we require ALL volunteers to have clearances completed prior to the first team activities for the season. Volunteers will NOT be permitted to help in any way until these clearances have been provided to the league. The clearances that are required by the league are available at no cost through the following links

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

Any volunteer that has not lived in the the state of Pennsylvania for the last 10 consecutive years must also obtain the FBI Clearance. There is a nominal fee for this clearance.

After receiving all required clearances, please upload them here. If you prefer to hand in a hard copy of your documents, you may bring them to assessment day or provide them to your coach during parent's night for your age group. We recommend that you retain a copy of your clearances for your future needs. At the current time all clearances are good for 60 months however this is subject to change based on state mandates.

The Refreshment Stand is located between Rohrbach and Lobaugh Fields at Boyertown Community Park. We have two volunteer roles for the Refreshment Stand: RC and regular volunteer.

RC: Will open the stand and get the food items started, run the register, and assist the volunteers as needed. At the end of the night, you will count the drawer for the deposit.

Volunteers: Handle the food and drinks.

BMBL has volunteer roles that are available on a seasonal basis, such as coach, umpire, team mom, and concession stand.
